Shipping policy
Shipping Damages:
For standard carrier shipments (i.e.; US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we must have been notified (by phone or email) of any damage (or other problems) and have been provided with any and all additional information within 2 business days of you receiving your products. At time of delivery, if the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier, and let us know immediately; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip (on deliveries requiring a signature), you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do not notify us about the damages within 2 days of receiving the product, we can not file the damages as a shipping issue. This we result in you becoming responsible for the damages and costs to fix the product.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Upon shipment of you order, if the shipping address provided to us is incorrect and/or the product is returned to us due to delivery issues, you (the customer) are responsible for any fees or associated shipping costs. If you notice your shipping address is incorrect please contact us prior to the shipment of your product. If the product has already been shipped you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to adjust your address.
Shipments to Canada:
Delivered at place (DAP), also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller is only responsible for shipping the product, and that the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery.
